FAQ

  • What kind of investment returns might be attainable?

There will always be market volatility in any interim period, however, in the long run we expect that this strategy could gain an average of 8-12% annually.  This is based on our backdated models and the current dividend yield of the portfolio, which averages over 8%.

  • What are the fee structure and account details?

Each investor opens a brokerage account with our preferred broker (Interactive Brokers) and designates Ashland as the advisor.  We then manage portfolio allocations in accordance with the strategy.  The investor always maintains custody of their capital account.

As far as our fees, Qualified Clients may choose a performance-based structure with a management fee of only 0.5% annually with 20% profit share.  Otherwise, the fee structure is a flat rate which ranges between 1.0% to 2.0%, depending on the account value—and is charged monthly in arrears.  Please refer to the Fact Sheet for more details.
